INDIVIDUAL BREATHWORK SESSIONS

Breathwork with a facilitator allows the individual to be witnessed, which can enhance the healing process. It also fosters a state of heart coherence between the facilitator and the client — a regulated, attuned state that can help the client feel safer, more connected, and emotionally supported. Additionally, breathwork can bring underlying issues to the surface, offering valuable insights for therapeutic work.

HEALING AS RESISTANCE COACHING

Confronting oppressive systems while staying sovereign and soulfully intact means standing up to injustice without losing yourself. It’s about staying grounded in your truth, values, and compassion, even when facing harm. You respond with clarity and strength, without letting the system define who you are or how you act.

Staying vulnerable with oneself takes great courage.

GROUP BREATHWORK SESSIONS

Group breathwork creates a powerful collective energy that supports deep healing. Being witnessed by others and sharing the experience fosters connection, belonging, and emotional release. The group setting can amplify insights through shared vulnerability and resonance.

OUR WORK

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork's origins are rooted in Pranayama,

a Sanskrit term from yogic philosophy meaning "breath control" or "life force extension".

Our Breath-work journey refers to a practice that involves activating certain breathing techniques that intentionally channel and focus our energy to release instinctual impulses that we may have unconsciously held on to after moments of Anxiety, shock or trauma.

How does Breathing help?

When we experience difficult events that trigger  emotions like fear or anger, it's important—and healthy—to express and release them in a way that signals to our nervous system that we’ve fully moved through the emotion: from beginning to middle to end. However, we often become stuck in an early phase of these emotional states or remain unaware of them altogether.

When these natural responses or "releases" don’t happen, the body interprets it as though the threat is still present. As a result, the instinctual defense system stays switched on.

This can remain active for extended periods—weeks, months, or longer— leading to various symptoms of Anxiety and more..

In our Breathwork  journey, we use our breath to facilitate that release through movement, laughter, trembling, yelling, crying, or other forms of expression. In addition, we use a carefully curated musical journey along with other activation techniques to help release the stored impulses.

The intention is to help your body let go of that  energy it can communicate to the nervous system  that the danger has passed and the stress response can shut down.
