This Breathwork journey is designed to stir and awaken unconsciously held emotions, allowing them to rise to the surface so they can be fully felt, processed, and ultimately released.
Through intentional breathing techniques, as well as a collection of sound scapes this practice helps unlock emotional blockages, creating space for healing, clarity, and inner transformation. It's a powerful experience aimed at reconnecting you with your body’s wisdom and clearing the energetic residue of past experiences.
Keep a pillow nearby in case you feel the need to release louder expressions, such as yells or screams. This can be a helpful and safe way to let out intense emotions without holding back, allowing for a deeper emotional release during your journey.
Things to know…
Tetany is a common, temporary response that can occur during breathwork, often felt as tingling, cramping, or “claw hands.”
It can also affect the feet, calves, or mouth, sometimes forming an “O” shape with the lips.
This sensation is harmless and usually fades within minutes after returning to normal breath.
There’s nothing to fear—tetany is normal and always resolves on its own.
